    Cheaply made. I could make better with my cricut.

    Hi Paula,
    I am sorry you were unhappy with your purchase from September 2022 when my business first started. Had I known then that you were unhappy with your purchase I would've been more than happy to correct it. I really pride myself on having excellent customer service. I use Direct To Film Heat Transfers for my shirts and I have never had any complaints. I would love to correct your issue for you and hear in more detail what is wrong with the print so I can correct it on my end with my distributor if need be. Thank you and again I am very sorry you were unhappy with your shirts.
