Shipping policy

Most orders ship out in 7-10 business days unless you order items that are custom. If that is the case, please allow an additional 5-7 business days. Personalized items INCLUDE our custom t-shirts. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please feel free to contact us at any time by email. If you need your order rushed, please contact us there will be an additional rush fee. Mama’s Ragz is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Please keep an eye on your tracking so you know when it has left our location. When ordering a custom item- please note that it can not be in our rushed shipping policy as it takes longer time to hand make these items. Your order will not ship until the custom items are complete. Once the custom item is completed, your order will then ship out before everyone else.
