 Here are a couple of must knows for the store:  

 

* We are doing a first bulk run of ordering between August 14th - September 1, 2024. ANYTHING ordered during this time will be processed and put into production at the same time.

EVERY PURCHASE DURRING THIS TIME EARNS YOUR SCHOOL FUNDS!  HAPPY SHOPPING!

* FIRST BULK RUN OF ITEMS to be delivered to the school 7-16 business days (Mon-Fri) AFTER the close of bulk ordering on September 1st. (If we can get them to you sooner, we will!)

* THE ONLINE STORE: The store will remain open through the school year for your ordering needs!

* Shipping/Delivery: ALL ORDERS WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE SCHOOL

TO AVOID DELAYS: PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR STUDENTS NAME, GRADE AND TEACHER IN YOUR ORDER UNDER "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER" ON YOUR CART PAGE.

* ALL ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE SCHOOL, UNLESS DELIVERY IS PAID FOR.

* AFTER the first bulk run, orders are processed weekly! That means all orders that are in by a Friday, are processed on that following Monday and put into production. 

- TAT (turn around time) : Turn around time between your order being received and delivered to you is 7-16 business days (sometimes sooner), If there is any issues with your order we will reach out to you.  

* THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! *

   *  IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A PRODUCT THAT IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY SO THE ISSUE CAN BE RESOLVED. AFTER 48 HOURS THE ITEM WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
