We are doing a first bulk run of ordering between August 8th- August 15th, 2025. ANYTHING ordered during this time will be processed and put into production AT THE SAME TIME!

* AFTER the first bulk run, orders are processed weekly! That means all orders that are in by a Friday, are processed on that following Monday and put into production.
- TAT (turn around time) : Turn around time between your order being received and delivered to you is 7-14 business days (sometimes sooner), If there is any issues with your order we will reach out to you.

* IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A PRODUCT THAT IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY SO THE ISSUE CAN BE RESOLVED. AFTER 48 HOURS AN ITEM WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
