General Terms
Mama’s Ragz reserves the right to change any of the terms or conditions of the site at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will be effective immediately and may be changed without notice to customers.
Custom Orders
All custom items are direct to film transfers. Custom orders are final sale and shipped in 7-16 business days.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase but are not guaranteed.
Per our store policies, we can offer the following options:
- Cancel the order for store credit
- Cancel the order for refund, a 5% cancellation fee will be apply to cover merchant fees
- If you just made a mistake on your order
Please note that we cannot edit/cancel an order that has been fulfilled.
